The Fountain Group is a national staffing firm and we are currently seeking a Data Analyst II for a prominent client of ours. This position is in Alameda, CA 94502. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:

• $47 - $50/hour
• Support the CX team managers
• US Customer Service is a large cross-functional department.
• This role would be onsite, and this individual would be working with three managers from the CX team.
• Our team is very high functioning, and we all work very well together.
• We also work cross-functionally with other team members to support CX improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

• Strong interest/background in data analytics and tools, must be proficient in MS Office programs (including PowerPoint), website support would be a nice to have (Zendesk especially).
• Must have strong English verbal/writing skills (we support over 400 FAQs on our website which offers self-help for our customers and communicate regularly with our Medical, Legal, Quality and Regulatory partners).
• Looking for combo of data analytics AND the Customer Xperience exp. in marketing.
• Must be Eager with an eagerness to learn, team player, detail oriented, strong interest in numbers for data mining, wiliness to take on different things and learn new programs.
• Must be detail oriented and analytic.
• Must like to read because will be reading customer reviews and looking for similarities for data mining.
• Years of experience required: 2 to 5 years
• Required education level/certifications: bachelor's degree.
