We are seeking a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Part-Time Dental Receptionist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while efficiently managing front-desk operations and supporting the overall patient experience.

Job Description Greet and check in patients in a warm and professional manner.
Answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries.
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits.
Process payments, copayments, and outstanding balances.
Assist with insurance claims, billing, and treatment estimates.
Maintain accurate patient records and update demographic information.
Coordinate with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow.
Handle patient questions and concerns professionally.
Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area.
Follow HIPAA, office policies, and applicable dental administrative guidelines.
part-time $16 - $21 per hour
