Executive Assistant

Executive Assistants at Revolut are the force behind the scenes who make big things possible. They handle complex coordination, streamline communication, and ensure leaders have what they need to deliver impact at scale.

We're looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to partner with at least two of our executives to drive efficiencies and support them to achieve their goals.

What you'll be doing:

• Providing high-quality support to your executives and their teams, prioritising your and your executive's workload, and handling confidential information with integrity
• Acting as a gate-keeper, managing their time and workload to enable them to carry out their role and deliver their goals
• Managing and maintaining calendars, taking a proactive, forward-planning approach to diary management
• Keeping ahead of potential scheduling conflicts, using initiative to find solutions and communicate changes promptly
• Acting as the go-to point of contact for all internal and external communications, fielding emails and messages and managing correspondence as appropriate
• Coordinating travel arrangements, including managing itineraries, flight check-ins, transportation to and from the airport, etc., and managing and processing expenses
• Preparing documents and presentations for key meetings, taking minutes, and following up on actions as required
• Managing and driving multiple projects and priorities at once, including off-sites and large-scale events
• Collaborating with EAs across the organisation to share best practices

What you'll need:

• Extensive experience as an executive assistant
• Experience supporting multiple business leaders seamlessly
• A bachelor's degree
• Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in G-Suite, Keynote, and MS Office
• The ability to solve problems and work in an evolving, high-performance environment
• To be a data-driven, analytical thinker and detail-oriented individual

Nice to have:

• Experience in financial services and/or a startup environment
• Experience working with Atlassian/Jira
