Backed by internationally renowned venture capital firms and named in both the Forbes AI 50 list of 'Most Promising Private AI Companies in the World' and Inc. 5000's 'Fastest Growing Companies in America', Luminance is transforming how legal teams work around the world.We are expanding rapidly across global markets and supporting enterprise customers in more than 60 countries, including AMD, National Grid, LG and DHL.As a Senior Legal Implementation Specialist, you take our most complex customers through to confident, independent use of the Luminance platform - and you raise the standard of how the whole team delivers.You own the accounts that carry the most commercial weight, the widest scope or the most demanding stakeholders, and you make the judgement calls on them yourself. You also shape how the function works: setting delivery patterns rather than only applying them, coaching colleagues, and acting as a credible voice back into Product.What you'll do:Lead implementations for complex, strategically significant or high-value customers - multi-jurisdiction rollouts, bespoke requirements, senior stakeholder scrutinyOwn discovery where scope is broad or contested, converting competing objectives into a sequenced, deliverable planDesign configurations that hold up at scale, making trade-offs deliberately and explaining them crediblyManage a portfolio of concurrent implementations against agreed timelines, milestones and outcomesAct as the point of escalation on delivery risk, arriving with a recommendation rather than only a flagLead the difficult conversations: resetting expectations, reframing requests that add unnecessary complexity, recovering implementations that have gone off trackCoach colleagues and review their work against implementation standards, holding the quality bar where it slipsDefine and improve the playbooks, configuration standards and training assets the team relies onFeed structured, evidenced insight into Product, separating one-off requests from recurring customer needsWhat success looks like:Complex implementations land against agreed milestones, with risk resolved early rather than escalated lateCustomers reach meaningful value quickly, use the platform independently, and are willing to say soConfiguration decisions still hold twelve months on, without avoidable reworkThe patterns you define are adopted as standard across the team, not used only by youThe colleagues you coach measurably improve
