Requirements Education: High School Diploma required or GED. Completed training in Medical Assistant program and graduated course. Experience: One –two years as a medical assistant preferred. Specific Skills: Good verbal and written communication, ability to interact with public and hospital personnel in a pleasant manner, strict adherence to LCMC’s policies and procedures to specifically include confidentiality Computer Skills: Word and Excel programs.
