Adventist Health is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our home health team in Clearlake. In this field-based role, you will provide one-on-one occupational therapy treatments in patients’ homes, supporting recovery, safety, and independence in daily activities. Working under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you will implement care plans, document progress, and educate patients and caregivers.
