We’re hiring a Part-Time Clothing Sales Associate who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in excellent customer service, and enjoys helping customers look and feel their best—farm and ranch style.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet every customer with a positive, helpful attitude
  
   
• Assist shoppers in finding clothing, footwear, and accessories that fit their needs
  
   
• Maintain clean, organized displays and fitting rooms
  
   
• Follow merchandising direction and planograms as set by the merchandising team
  
   
• Stay informed about promotions and help drive sales through suggestive selling
  
   
• Assist with restocking, returns, and maintaining inventory accuracy
  
   
• Work closely with your team to ensure a smooth and friendly shopping experience
  
   

What We’re Looking For:

• A strong interest in clothing, retail, and customer service
  
   
• A self-motivated, reliable team player with a strong work ethic
  
   
• Previous retail experience is a plus
  
   
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  
   
• Ability to follow visual merchandising guidelines while staying organized and efficient
  
   
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing, bending, or moving throughout your shift
  
   
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends , with availability during full store hours:
  
  Monday–Saturday 8am–8pm, Sunday 8am–5pm
