The person hired for this position will primarily be responsible for managing capital investment projects in support of the Meriden manufacturing facility. You will engage with skilled teams and advanced technologies in our manufacturing operations.Responsibilities:Develop project estimates, plans, and proposals, coordinating project approvals to ensure timely execution.Handle project timelines, scope, budget, construction activities, and personnel to efficiently implement and meet approved project commitments.Specify equipment and facilities performance and build criteria to maintain our high standards.Define and implement competitive bidding and project delivery strategies while maintaining a focus on quality and cost-effectiveness.Communicate effectively with project teams and collaborators to ensure smooth project progression.Ensure compliance with applicable codes, guidelines, and standards to maintain safety and regulatory requirements.Advance and deploy differentiated technologies that set us apart from the competition.Qualifications:Required:Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 4 years of experience in capital project management in a private, public, government, or military environment.Preferred:Experience leading capital projects with a consistent track record of successful project schedule, scope, and cost delivery.Proven skills in project management, communication, facilitation, influencing, and teaching/mentoring.Project leadership experience in laboratories and/or manufacturing plants.Facilities project experienceAbility to energize teams, promote teamwork, and maintain positive morale.Advanced degree or equivalent experience in engineering field or technology management from an accredited institution is highly desirableJoin us and be part of an exceptionally experienced team dedicated to innovation and excellence!Compensation and BenefitsThe salary range estimated for this position based in Connecticut is $83,300.00–$125,000.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
