About the Role:

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies that enhance brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive business growth. This role requires managing multiple social media platforms to create compelling content, monitor trends, and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with marketing, communications, and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all channels. They will also oversee community management, responding to audience interactions in a timely and professional manner to foster positive relationships. Ultimately, the Social Media Manager will play a critical role in shaping the company’s online presence and supporting overall marketing objectives through innovative and data-driven social media initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing social media platforms for a brand or organization.
  • Strong understanding of social media metrics, analytics tools, and content management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience with video content creation and editing.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and partnership development.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Analyze social media performance data and generate reports to inform strategy adjustments and demonstrate ROI.
  • Engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and reviews to maintain a positive brand reputation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and customer service to ensure cohesive campaigns.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
