This role combines general labor, light administrative assistance, and hands-on shop work both indoors and outdoors. The ideal candidate is computer-literate, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment. Key Responsibilities Production & Shop Support Assist in basic sign and graphic production tasks under the guidance of our designer. Use basic hand tools such as drills, hammers, and screwdrivers for installation prep and general shop work. Help with both indoor and outdoor tasks as needed (e.g., light installations, material handling, job site prep). Administrative & Computer Tasks Provide general office and administrative support to help keep projects organized. Assist with simple computer-based tasks, including file handling and basic software use. Support the designer with tasks requiring attention to detail and organization. Qualifications Basic computer literacy is required. Familiarity with Adobe software (Illustrator) is a plus, but not required they can train the right candidate. Ability to learn quickly and follow detailed instructions. Comfort using basic hand tools (drill, hammer, screwdrivers, etc.). Willingness to perform both indoor and outdoor tasks. Strong attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Preferred Traits Reliable and punctual. Willing to learn new skills in the sign and graphics industry.
